1) Account Clerk
JOB DESCRIPTION
Able to handle daily documentation and filling
Preferably able to handle full set of accounts independently
Assist with general administrative work
Updating of data into accounting system
Work in a team environment
Candidates must possess at least SPM/LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
Applicants must be Malaysian citizens only
Applicants must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office and UBS Accounting
Applicants must be able to communicate in English,Bahasa Melayu & Chinese.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Able to work independent and able to work with minimal supervision.

2) Production Supervisor
Lead the overall production team towards achieving departmental objectives
Train, develop and motivate production team.
Good understanding of capacity, wip and mix management.
Co-ordinate with related departments to ensure on-time delivery commitment to customer
Follow-up critical material to ensure on-time production loading.
Assist in problem solving in production and delivery delay.
Work with QA team to resolve quality problem and continual improvement.
Drive Continuous Improvement Programs and ensure implementation is all Quality Actions.
Ensure consistency and cohesiveness of ISO system of Manufacturing Department.
Maintain and drive for tiptop 5S disciplines.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3) Administrator Officer
Responsible for the full scope of general administration function of the company including agreements, permits, licenses, insurance and etc.
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the management.
Out-going management, security, duty, factory area's safety maintenance, extraordinary feedback, and vehicles management.
Training coordination and arrangement
Maintain and coordinate drivers and drivers' contracts
maintain and coordinate all matters regarding government department.
To request, provide and maintain ISO standard for the whole company.
Undertake any other relevant tasks as required from time to time
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Secretarial or equivalent.
Required Language (s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Melayu.
